There are many positive health benefits of participating in regular
Yoga and Pilates practices. Increase your wellbeing, core strength,

Pilates ------------------------------------------------------------------
Pilates classes will run in blocks of 10, you only need to do one
class a week, then at the end of the block you will progress to the
next level. Our classes are $15.00 each session, however, when you
purchase your block of 10 classes you will receive a treatment of
your choice in the beauty centre to the value of $80.00 for FREE.
There will be introductory classes running for free when the centre
opens if you haven't experienced pilates before.
Our centre will provide exercise mats, bands and medi-balls. There
is a maximum of 15 people per class to enable your instructor to
give you individual attention, so you must book. You will be required
to bring a towel and socks for hygiene purposes.

Our centre is privileged to have two wonderful instructors for our
pilates sessions.
Amorica Rojas has been working for 14 years in
the area of Health Promotion & Public Health, she has a Bachelar
of Science (Hons 1), Masters of Public Health, Registered Fitness
Leader. Amorica lectured in health, fitness and stress management
at the University of Tasmania. Pilates is her passion and she is
eager to share that with you.
Jodie Palozzi has been in the fitness industry
for the past 3 years and has been teaching Pilates for the last 2.
Jodie is also a Personal Trainer. Both instructors will be an asset
to our centre and we are very excited to have them.
