"Bodyflight Health & Beauty Centre started in April of 2007, It is literally a Health & Beauty Centre, we have skin care, Body treatments and we also have Yoga and Pilates for inner health and strength.

Managing children & experiencing the pressures of life, as well as having been in the beauty industry for the last 10 years, has made me passionate about minimising the harm that we are exposed to by chemicals contained in "beauty Products" We tend to spend countless amounts of money decorating ourselves with clothing & Jewellery, yet we only have one skin & we commonly take it for granted.

Due to this passion I set about trying to find a holistic clinic using products that were good for my skin & all natural, but I could not find anything local. I felt that something needed to be done & the rest as they say, is history. Our body Centre aims to combine inner & outer health & beauty Naturally.
