Arrival Time
For new clients to enjoy the full value of their treatment, we ask them to arrive at least 15 minutes before commencement of their treatment.

Cancellation Policy
The treatment you select is reserved especially for you. Twenty-four (24 hours) notice is required for you to reschedule or cancel your appointment; otherwise a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
